Spatial Consultants working with TfL Enterprise Architecture Team

6th January 2008

Spatial Consultants start working with Transport for London to provide architectural direction for the development of a corporate geospatial data management platform. The new platform will provide access to geospatial capabilities across TfL and will enable data to be shared efficiently and securely across transport modes. Solution architectures will also be developed for a number of business projects (including Legible London pedestrian navigation and bus incident reporting).

Transport for London (TfL) is the local government body responsible for most aspects of the transport system in Greater London in England. Its role is to implement the transport strategy and to manage transport services across London. Online at http://www.tfl.gov.uk
