Peter is a dynamic team leader and strategist who manages and facilitates diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects, often in high-pressure, multitasking environments. He has provided services to private- and public-sector clients across a broad industry base, ranging from discreet, one-off solutions to multi-million Pound, national/enterprise scale implementations under Agile and MSP/PRINCE2.

He enjoys the challenge of devising innovative solutions for his clients, and is happiest when working with creative, talented people. He prefers iterative project delivery frameworks such as RAD and Agile/Scrum.
